The Intensive
Some things cannot be held in an hour.
There are moments when what is needed is not another weekly session, but a single, uninterrupted space. Time enough to arrive somewhere real, rather than just begin to approach it.
The intensive is three hours. Not three sessions compressed together something different. A sustained container in which the work can move at its own pace, without the clock ending things before they are ready to end.
who is this for
Some people come to an intensive because weekly sessions don't suit the shape of their life. Others because they are facing something significant, a decision that has been circling for months, a transition that needs more than fragments of time, a conversation with someone they love that has never quite happened and they want to give it the full weight it deserves.
Some come not yet certain whether ongoing work is right for them, but wanting a real experience of depth before deciding.
Some are couples, or mothers and daughters, at a particular moment, not in crisis exactly, but at a point where something needs to be said, or heard, or moved through together.
What they share is a readiness. Not to perform insight, but to actually arrive somewhere.
what the three hours hold
We do not begin by filling the time. We begin by finding what is most alive, what has been waiting to be said, or felt, or looked at properly.
The work unfolds. There is space for things to surface and settle, rather than just be named and moved on from.
By the end, most people describe a sense of having covered ground they didn't expect to cover. Not resolution that is rarely what three hours offer, but movement. A clarity, or a shift, or simply the relief of having finally been somewhere real.
A note on this being right for you
The intensive works best when there is something specific, a question, a threshold, a relationship, a decision, rather than a general wish to feel better. If you are not sure, the initial conversation will usually make it clear.
